On 24 June 2025, the Embassy of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to Malta hosted a reception in the Knights’ Hall to mark the feast of St John the Baptist, Patron Saint of the Order.

The event was organised by the Maltese Association of the Order of Malta led by the President Dr. Michael Grech and brought together members and volunteers of the Order to celebrate this important solemnity in the liturgical calendar. More than 150 guests attended.

The occasion provided a meaningful opportunity to reaffirm the values and mission of the Order, rooted in service to the sick and the poor, in the spirit of St John the Baptist.
