Ambassador Ruffo di Calabria, together with H.S.H. Princess de Windisch Graetz, hosted a formal dinner at the Embassy Residence in honour of His Grace Archbishop Charles Jude Scicluna.<\/p>\n<p>The event was attended by a distinguished group of guests, including the Hon. Mario de Marco and the Ambassadors of Palestine and Greece.<\/p>\n<p>The presence of Archbishop Scicluna lent particular significance to the occasion, reflecting the importance of his role in Malta\u2019s religious and public life. In the course of the evening, Ambassador Ruffo di Calabria shared with the Archbishop his deep concern, also as a Catholic, regarding the ongoing humanitarian situation, recalling the teachings of Jesus Christ, which call upon us to regard the Jewish people as our brothers. He also referred, in general terms, to the heavy human toll reported in the region, including grave civilian casualties among Palestinian and Lebanese populations.<\/p>\n<p>The Ambassador of Palestine and the Hon.
